I am after converting a database, in work, from access 97
to 2003. I am on work experience and i have to get this
done soon. In the conversion error table. i got error -
1611: Could not find field 'Description'. I know this

Is it possiblt to open or decompile a MDE file?  The reason I am asking is that i have a MDE file that I had done, but I need to make changes to it and can't get into it to do those changes.  IS this possible and if so can someone please point me in the right direction or tell me ...

Some how I changed a memo field to a text field losing
some of my data. As the database has not been compacted I
assume the lost data must still be there.
Is there a way of recovering this data?
