When I try to Convert my Access97 files that are on 3 1/2" floppy diskettes, I get Error 3799. "Could not find field 'Description'". Why does this happen? How can I get these files converted?

Can i create a database in access 2000 and then convert what i have back to access 97 to run the database as a 97 program. however if needs be can i create a databse in accesss 97

The command for converting databases under tools-> Data Base Utilities is not active. Any idea what I need to install to get this active? Thanks {John}

I have an Access97 database with a field that has a linked OLE object (Word document). I was using a query with the criteria expression "Like[Use this format *keyword*]" on that field and it was working fine.
