I have to covert a Clarion database to MS Access 97. I have not the Clarion software, but I have of course MS Access 97 - and newer. How can I import the Clarion data into the tables in Access?

I have converted the database but get the following message when I try to click on any of the command buttons. The command or action 'SaveRecord' isn't available now. Does anyone have any ideas?

When converting a split database (from 97 to 2000), do I have to convert the data portion first, or does it not matter? Or, will Access convert both portions automatically?

I tried to convert this 97 database to 2000 and the conversion failed. I got a message "The report name 'name' you entered in either the property sheet or macro is mispelled or refers to a report that doesn't exist"
