I have calender control on a form but whenever i open the form the default date displays whatever was last saved. Is there any way for the form to open up and the calender to automatically display todays date?

I am trying to create an email and automtically send it using the Outlook View Control in an Access 2003 form. The only thing I know is the .NewMessage() method only opens a new Outlook message form and I can't see a way to populate the To, Subject and Body and then send it.

I have an ActiveX control in my web page and the control doesn't install on a XP machine. It works fine on Win2k pro. The warning dialog box does appear on both machine and does allow yes to be clicked. I checked the security settings and they're the same on both machines.

Thanks for help Alex but this is still causing a problem, i need the records to automatically associate themselves to the date. I can enter data onto the form and this creates the record but i need to be able to click back
