Hello to everyone out there. I may be out of the newgroup in this matter but
would like someone to provide me some suggestion.

I have a DB that runs on  SQL2K, and reports created using crystal reports
8.5 running in Crystal enterprise.

I am considering of changing the Crystal enterprise but retain my reports on
crystal reports 8.5.

Is there any 3rd party applications that i can consider of?

feed back is much approciated.

tks in advance

What do you want your application to do?  You don't really give much
information.

However, you can consume your reports in .NET (Windows or Web) though
the reports themselves will probably be automatically updated to
Crystal 9 or 10 (depending on your version of .NET).

Have you considered SQL Server Reporting?

This, however, is an Access group.  You may be unaware that one of the
unsung glories of the Microsoft canon is Access built-in report
generator.  Shame MS never realised this.  I don't believe that, with
their resources, they couldn't leverage the model to work with .NET,
instead of the utter and complete pile of pants that is Crystal
Reports.
