Access XP would seem to have a bug. A report which is imported into another database cannot be further modified if the report contains a linked image. I saw that one about a week ago.

I think I'm seeing another permutation today where a report is simply not showing up in the list of reports available for import.

Changing the image to embedded, or deleting the image from the control, or in fact deleting the whole control - none of these have fixed my problem. The report is simply not showing up in the list of reports which I can import.

A command-line compact & repair has already been performed - Both databases. Access 2002 SP3.

Any thoughts?

I've never seen this behavior (perhaps you have some corruption), but
I would try SaveAsText and LoadFromText methods to save the report to
a text file, and import it in the second db. Google these keywords for
the correct syntax.
