Hi I am making a database, to guide students through an project start,
the ideer is to make a total project description in the DB.

The students should not be able to see each others description in the
forms

The content of the fields should be locked when approved

How do i program these aspects in the database

Best regards
Steen Heide

This can be done by invoking Access' security and giving the students only
Read With Owner's Permission Query access to the data via Forms and Reports.
Visit http://support.microsoft.com and search Access 2000 for the Security
FAQ. Download and study it -- it's not for the 'faint of heart'.
