building a custom query using check boxes on a form

Again I'm sure this question has been answered somewhere but no luck
from the search results. If someone can point me in the right direction
that would be cool.

I'm trying to build a query where by the user checks what columns they
want on a form. This form would then build the query and display the
results in the list box below.

Have a look at
http://www.mvps.org/access/downloads/findrecord.zip

for some ideas, you may be able to just use it as is.
