I have a form with a button, now when I click the button it uses one
combo box to filter a new form that the button opens.

What I need to do is have the form filter by two of the combo boxes on
the first form.

I have an initiative and a model# I want to open on the next form.  How
do I filter with a button using two or more fields?

Thanks
-Steve
