Error 3021

The Jet errors are listed in a file something like this:
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE11\1033\JETERR40.CHM"

There didn't seem to be any jet errors in a chm file here for Office 2000
which is what I use - but I did find about 30 odd .CHM help files which I
was unaware existed.  I am going to do some reading in some of them.  The
error number, 3021 - I found it here
