Access 97 - filter a macro question

I had to take a Access 97, 2002 and 2003 test for a temp agency. One
of the questions was to "filter the hospital macro to show only the
hospitals associated with hospital ID #" Can't remember the number.
Since it was one of those stupid ProveIt tests it would not let you
access any of the usual things. All that was on the screen was a tiny
form showing 1 of 7 records. when I tried to right click on the
Hospital number field it did pop up a list but would not allow me to
choose anything. Just kept bouncing me back to the "next question"
"repeat question." What is the correct answer? Has anyone taken any
of these tests. The questions do not allow you to use shortcuts, or
any other normal thing and you have no idea if you are right or wrong.
I have been using Access for years (not as a progammer, just a
clerical) and can't figure out what the actual answer is based on
their criteria. Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds as though you were meant to filter the form on screen. In
this case, there should have been the "Filter By Form" toolbar button.
After clicking that button, all textboxes in the form would have gone
blank with a down-arrow to the right of each box. By clicking the
down-arrow to the right of the Hospital # textbox, you would get a
drop-down list of all hospital numbers and you could select one of
them to filter the form. Then you'd click the "Filter" toolbar
button, which looks like a funnel. Instead of 1 of 7 records, you'd
see 1 of 1 Records (Filtered). Sorry I'm not familiar with the test
you took.
