It's not a case of distributing specific DLLs and/or EXEs. Access 97 must be
installed on all of the computers.

Since you're asking about DLL and EXE files, I am assuming the target
computers do not have the full version of Access installed. If they
did, you just give them a copy of your front-end MDB and you're done.
Even if I told you exactly which DLLs and EXEs, you would still not be
able to install an Access application on another machine. This is
becasue there also are A LOT of registry entries to be created.
Another important reason is that your Office license does not allow
you to give someone else those files.
The only reliable way is to use a setup generator. The Office
Developer Toolkit (or whatever it is called for A97) is a separate
product from MSFT which includes a setup generator and the license to
redistribute the Access runtime libraries. There are also some third
party solutions: check with Wise, Sagekey, and Installshield.
