When datasheets are used as subforms in Access 2007, column headers/labels
have a dropdown menu, the opening arrow of which takes up space which could
have ben used as part of the label in earlier versions of Access.  Can these
drop down menus be got rid of in Access 2007?

Set the "Shortcut Menu" property at the Form level to No.
-Tom.
