Hi,

In the Provider field, the provider names entered as HELFRICH, SHEILA. I
would like to make it appears in the report as Sheila Helfrich. Please help.

Ex: HELFRICH, SHEILA to Sheila Helfrich

In an unbound control on your form or report:
=Mid([Provider],InStr([Provider],",")+2) & " " &
Left([Provider],InStr([Provider],",") -1)
