it is true that microsoft has been having some major bugs. I have been
having some problems too with mine. if I were you, I'd find another
database.

Then I suggest you find another database. Good luck in finding one
with the power and functionality of Access.

Hearing where? Do you have some URLs?
Security? No. Microsoft is paying very close attention to security.
Functionality. Yes, but Office 2007 SP1 solves most of the problems.
Not all of them.
However the runtime is not currently patchable by SP1. Microsoft are
working very hard on ensuring this is fixed. I would expect something
shortly as in the next month or so if not sooner.
