Re-activate ID Key

We have a Computer and then the hard disk it's off, after we change the hard
disk but at the install newly the Access 2003 ask me activate the
ID.........and I'm not can do it

What do can I do?

You need to call the telephone number in the activation instructions and
talk to tech support.
