printer problems with vista

I connected my Epson CX6400 printer to my HP Pavilion computer but not all
of my printer options are available. Is there a fix for this problem?

What did HP have to say about this problem?

BTW, you are on a newsgroup dedicated to the Microsoft Access
database; better find a different newsgroup for your printer driver
question.
