Problem with Microsolf Mail and attachments

Is anyone out there having a problem sending mail with an attachment, PDF,
Word or otherwise where the message when received by the recipient can not
be opened?

This is creating a hell of a problem for me because I send PDF attachments
daily.

I am thanking you in advance for any assistance you may be able to provide.

Please repost your question in a forum supporting Windows Mail. This isn't
one; the Microsoft webpage can be confusing and may have misled you. This
group (microsoft.public.access) is for the database software Microsoft Access.
Scroll down the list of subjects and find one for Mail.
