production templates

Production of... what? Polyvinyl chloride polymer? Pharmceuticals?
Automobiles? Software? Jet aircraft?

They'd have somewhat different requirements, and probably quite different
table structures and data.

This simply is NOT an area where you're likely to find a template! Either
learn enough about relational design to build it from scratch (not that much
more work than adapting a template) or hire someone.
