I am trying to evaluate this. On his overview page Stephen gives a warning to
view the ReadMe file before launching the program. He underlines the word
"before" so I am taking this to be important. But I have downloaded the zip
file, opened it up, and there's no ReadMe file!
Is it myself missing something, or is the download missing something?
Thanks

There is a form named:

READMEFIRST

in the database. Open and read it, before opening anything else.

Ah, got it thanks. I was wary of even opening the database given his warning
but I understand now.
Thanks

The warning is there because I simply got tired of people trying to use my
solution before reading the instructions and then Emailing me directly for
help.
