I have drawn up a Word Document which includes text and photos.  I do not
want to email this as an attachment, I need to insert the document into my
email, which looks fine, however once I email it, on the recipients end, the
photos are not where they are when I saved my document, the photos are no
longer three across, they are showing two across and the third one is on the
next line underneath.  How do I keep my Word Document from distorting on the
recipients end.   Bandit111507

Sorry, this newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product
that's part of Office Professional.

Since there's no way in Access to generate an e-mail which includes a Word
document as part of the e-mail, I have to assume you're not using Access.

That being said, you'd likely be best off reposting your question to a
newsgroup related to whatever e-mail client you're using (Outlook? Outlook
Express? Windows Mail? Something else?), or possible to a Word newsgroup.

If you do repost, it would probably help the responder to know what version
of the e-mail client you're using, what version of Word, and possibly what
operating system.
