I just purchased Office Professional 2007 and I need some help.  I called
technical support, which was outsourced to some foreign country. After 10
minutes, I hung up in frustration.  At this point, I just want my money back
for this product because I can't even access my databases in Access.

This newsgroup provides volunteer assistance with Microsoft Access.

I'm not sure your post includes a question... and I'm pretty sure we're not
the ones who could refund your money <G>.
