That is not an Access database question. I can only say that in most cases,
selecting a program from a list of programs works, and in a few I've looked
for a program (usually finding it) on the web. Your question may be  better
answered in a newsgroup appropriate to your problem. This newsgroup is
dedicated to the Microsoft Access database product.
