Print from the datasheet view but remove the date and page number

I would like to print from a datasheet view and remove the date and page
number or maybe change the page number format to Page 1 of X

Datasheets have very, very limited functionality.

If you want to print data selectively and under your full control, create a
Report. It's easy to do this on the report... I know of no way to print a
query or table datasheet with this level of control.
