When I use the command button control on the toolbox, the wizard does not
open even though it is turned on. Any reason why this might be? Any help
would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Debbie,
I haven't heard of this happening before.
When a strange thing happens when I am coding in Access I try the following:
Close the database
Close Access
Open the database again and make a backup from Tools  >Options
Do a compact and  repair on the database

Yes, this is what you need to do to re-enable it.  This is for Access 2007,
but the concept is the same for all versions, it just is in a different place
on the toolbar:

Actually, ignore the part that says that it is for Access 2007.  I actually
created a version for most versions other than Access 2007.  So, it really is
for all versions other than 2007, but 2007 is similar.
