Groove and Database Management vs Access

Just downloading Groove now. Was wondering if it has a database mgt tool.
If so, do you recommend Groove or Access? Starting a small business. Max
leads will be 10,000/year. Max clients 1,000/year.

I think you are making a comparison that doesn't exists. Groove is a
communications / shared workspace enviroment which has not intention to be a
db management tool. So recommendation is easy: Access.
