Hello - I have a table of email addresses - I only want to see unique ones,
not duplicates.

Can someone please tell me how to set up the query??

Many thanks!

Tammy

Open a new query in design view.

Add the table, add the email address field.

Right-click in the open/grey space above the grid... select Properties.

Change the Unique Values property to Yes.

Run the query.
