Everyday a macro is run that prints out reports, then suddenly the other day
I am unable to run the macro on the computer that usually does this process.
I copied the db to another computer and can run it fine.  When I try and run
the macro on the original computer I receive an action failed message box and
I can only press the halt button.  Further in the box there is also

Marco Name: daily report
Condition: True
Action Name: Open report
Arguments: Daily Accounting Report, Print,,,

I try to open the report and that doesn’t work either. But I can open report
on a different computer.

Any Ideas?

Thanks for the help,

Johnathan

Have you tried doing a compact and repair off the Tools/Database
Repair/Compact and Repair to the offending database?

Have you changed the printer on the computer that fails to print?
updated the printer driver? Allowed Windows to do automatic updates?

open the databse in design view, then open the report in design
view. From the Menu->File->Page Setup->Page, set the option to use
default printer. If it's already the selected option, select the
other, choose a printer, save the report then go back and select use
default printer.
