Save 2000 db as a 2003 db

I'd like to save the 2000 db file format to a 2003 format to prevent having
to answer the security warning blocked expression etc questions when I
intially open the file.

Changing the file format (which you can do under Tools | Database Utilities)
won't prevent the security warning question.
