Users cant see the sales graph subform - Northwind example

Hi.
Im working on a db similar to northwind example. (almost the same). The DB
is already split and we have several users. The problem is that im the only
one who can see the sales graph (Home of Northwind example). Obs. The be
stays in my computer and the others users access it from the network

Is it a Pivot Chart?
Do the other users have Office installed?
