Any suggested reading for Access 2003 VBA?
I have both "Step by Step Access 2003" And "Microsoft Access 2003 VBA for
Dummies" (how Ironic) and niether have been very helpful.

Try this book. It's a winner:

Access 2003 VBA Programmer's Reference by Patricia Cardoza, Teresa Hennig,
Graham Seach, and Armen Stein
