How do you set the switchboard to automatically open when the database opens?

OK, in Access 2007, click the round Office logo in the upper left corner of
the Access window, and choose 'Access Options' in the drop down menu. In the
Access Options dialog box, select 'Current Database', and one of the options
you'll find there is a 'Display form' drop-down list. Select your
switchboard form in that drop-down list and you should be good to go.
