Where has my MAIL option gone from TOOLS in Outlook Express

I cannot remove an "out of office" message after returning from holiday. The
MAIL option has disappeared from the TOOLS drop down window. How do I recover
it to allow me to delete out of office message

This newsgroup is about Microsoft Office Access (the landing pad for
data), not for Outlook.

Please scroll down the list of subject areas on Microsoft's (rather confusing)
webpage and repost your question in a forum for Outlook Express. This
newsgroup is for a different program, Microsoft Access.
