Sorry if this post already showed up.  I could'nt find my first post anywhere

Anyways, my question is how can I make a formula calculate how many
occurances of a specific time frame happened in Sheet 1, column A, and put it
in Sheet 2, column A, B, C?

Example of the colums I'm speaking of:

Sheet 1:
       A                                      
START TIME (Header)
07/01/07 03:00
07/01/07 05:50
07/01/07 07:00
07/01/07 11:00
07/01/07 15:10
07/01/07 18:37
07/01/07 23:01

Sheet 2:
        A                          B                            C
7a-3p (Header)          3p-11p (Header)      11p-7a (Header)
        2                          2                             3

So I need to know how to create a formula that will calculate sheet 2, A,B,C
(with the 2,2,3 I typed in) from data on Sheet 1, A.

Any help would be appreciated.
