I don't know if there is even such a thing, but I am looking for good
source's for Access templates.

On the Office web site there are several.  Also, open Access, click
New and you'll be presented with several wizards which will help you
create applications for various purposes.  They can be useful.  You
should also have a Solutions.mdb which has lots of examples of
goodies.
