Text colors in combo box

I have a combo box - "Yes" and "No".

Is there a code I could use to make the "Yes" a different color?

Do you mean when the combo drops down?
No!

Do you mean after Yes has been selected?
Yes!
You can use Conditional Formatting.
Condition1
Field Valie is
equal to "Yes"
Select your color.
