Is there any way in Access 2003 to give someone access to run a set of
reports without allowing them access to the tables?  And if the only way is
to create user and group accounts, is there a dummies version of how to do
this.  I have read the help and can't make heads or tails about how to set
that up.  Thank you.

Download the Microsoft Access 2000 Security FAQ:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/207793/en-us

Print it out. Read it carefully. Get a good night's sleep; read it... *again*.

Yes, you can do this. It's not even all that hard, but it's *very* picky and
must be done right! Go through the FAQ as a checklist, and make sure you give
the users Run privileges on the reports but nothing on the Tables or Queries.
