When I restore backup from my FL Money backup on my MD Money I get the
message "Cannot enter transaction". Usually if I click it several times
finally I am able to enter transactions into checkbook, etc. However,
recently I tried to enter the purchase of a new security in two diferent ways
but I could not get rid of the message. Any ideas anyone?

What it is this group, and why is it appearing on my computer?

This group is for discussions about Microsoft Access, a relational database
program. It is probably on your computer because of some action you
performed to put it there, but there is no way to know the details from
here.

The best thing would be to ask the question either of the software tech
support, or in a newsgroup dedicated to the product. This newsgroup is for
questions about Microsoft Access, a relational database program.

I apologize to the group; my nerdness is showing. I thought I was at a
general help site since I was directed here from Microsoft Money.

No harm done. The Microsoft web site can be rather misleading at times.
People wander into this group all the time.
