Hi,
Sometime ago I created a database in Access97 and hide the database window
from the users. Since than I have converted to Access2000. Now I can not
retrieve the database window to make more changes.  Normally holding the
Shift key and opening the database brings up the database window but now it
doesn't.  Can anyone help me.  It seems right clicking the menu bar doesn't
allow me to get to the 'startup' window neither.

Try checking the vertical scroll bar when the database is opened, the first
time I had this happen I was baffeled and then realized the database window
had been placed down below the window and could only be seen by using the
scroll bar to reveal it.

Try pressing F11.

It could also be that you changed resolution or used multiple monitors and
the database window is off screen.
