Is there a way to create an Excel file that lists all the fields for a table
and their descriptions (not their properties, but the spelled-out
descriptions that can be viewed in design-view.)

I haven't found an option for this in the Documenter or in the Export
functions.

I'm pretty sure Jeff's Tool does this.  See

(exports to Excel too)
