My report looks PERFECT until exporting it to a HTML file. It loses all of my
spacers, fonts, lines, etc that make it stand out. All the info is there but
it all runs together.
Any suggestions?

Yes, exporting to HTML loses pretty much all the formatting and such. The only way to maintain the exact layout is to
(a) export it as a Snapshot (which is pretty much like a PDF) or (b) "print" it as a PDF. In most cases, printing it to
PDF is preferred, and Stephen Lebans has a utility to do just that:
