You are not using EMail. You are using News, posting to a technical support
newsgroup for the database software Microsoft Access.

Please use microsoft.public.test for your testing.

can you tell me what is happening to my emails when they are suppose to come
into my outlook express, none of emails are getting into my outlook express.

Please ask your question in a newsgroup supporting Outlook Express. This
newsgroup is for a different program, the database software Microsoft Access.

CORRECTION

Access is not 'database software', it is merely a front end to SQL
Server
