I don't have a format button on my menu bar

I'm taking a class in college and I'm supposed to Click FORMAT on the menu
bar and then click the FREEZE COLUMNS. I don't have a format button on my
menu bar.
I have Office Pro 2003.

This sounds like an Excel question.  If so I'd suggest asking in the
Excel newsgroups.
