Dear all ,

I have a table(A) wich contains following f.e.  records:

1
2
3
4

and I want to create a delete query which only deletes records 2 + 3 from
(A); I then made a make table(B) query (which only contains the records 2+3
from (A)) then I designed a new simple query wizard linking (A) and (B) named
(C)!

Then I designed a new delete query for (C) and I put in an asterix ,when I
try too run it I get foll message "COULD NOT DELETE FROM SPECIFIED TABLES"
But when I open (C) it self and start deleting records one by one it does
work ,but obviously its not very efficient!

What am I doing wrong?
Regards!

J.Alladien,
there is more to this problem than you have explained in the post.
I am assuming that you want a delete query that you can use on the same
table on many different occasions.
Some more detail about this table, the relevant fields and any relationships
with this table and other tables would help us volunteers to provide a
helpful answer.
