User critera and wild cards

When doing a criter input field for the user withe brackets []

How can I include Wildacards (*) around there searched input... I have tried
different formats but can not find a way..?

  For textual critera...
       Like "*" & [SomeField] & "*"

Nevermind I was using the AND and not the & sighn
