We have been using a product called Access Autopilot for the past year, but
have been having some problems for several months.  We have not been able to
get a response from the company!  The software stops running and we get a
message saying "Service has been preventively shutdown due to excessive
errors."  We have to wait about 2-3 hours before we are able to restart the
software.  We have a critical medical application and rely heavily on this
software.  Has anyone had a similar experience?  Or can you recommend any
other Access backup software that can run while users are connected to the DB?
