This is an ACCESS TABLE DESIGN newsgroup.  What part of that made you think
we'd be able to help you determine why your colrs were not printing
correctly in Word?

Mitzy, you should repost your question in a Word newsgroup
(microsoft.public.word.printingfonts perhaps); this newsgroup is for a
different program, Microsoft Access.

Use the list of subjects on the left of the screen, scroll down, and
find an appropriate Word group.
