I have aan access form with a Tab control and I can not reduce the form with
below 42.118 cm.
The pages width of the tab control is 17.646 cm.
Also I can not reduce the height below 12 cm.
I got the .mdb file and i try to fix some problem in it. I do not see any
control or object in the area between the Tab Control and the right side of
the form.

My experience with similar problems was that there was either a rectangle or
a line on the form.  Sometimes a line can be hard to find as it tends to
blend in with the design grid background.  Try to find all the controls by
selecting in the margin are and dragging the pointer in the margin area so
as to highlight the entire form.
