i own a small resort and am looking for assistance in making the reservation
database easier to handle.

i am using access XP. anyone know of an easy way to set up a nightly/weekly
database? we currently enter in each day the person is staying, and using
queries, calculate amount owed, and days they are staying. most of the time
our clients stay by the week. it seems quite cumbersome and we think that
this should be easier.

please help!

thanks
toni

We don't know how your current system is set up (table structures, user
interface,...) and we don't know what makes you think your system is
"cumbersome".

Please ask some specific questions so that someone can provide some help.
