Each time I launch Outlook, the toolbars leave additional space and will not
stay locked where I place them before closing the Outlook application. Can
this be remedied?

Probably, but you'll stand a much better chance of getting an answer if you
ask in a newsgroup related to Outlook.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
